MastersCreations is The Home of Fantastic Plastic Canvas Creations

We'll start this story with the shope name. Why MastersCreations? Simply put it's a combination of my last name (Masters) and the "creations" I make. The name was actually suggested by friends of mine when I was struggling to figure out a name for my shop.

Why plastic canvas? Why not?? Seriously, why not? I've been working with plastic canvas since I was in 6th grade. Doing a quick calculation, that's like over 25 years. Many people see plastic canvas as an outdated craft medium (as evidenced by the number of pattern books being from the 1970s and early 1980s). Plastic canvas is a practical medium that I have fun working with. In my opinion plastic canvas is just a fantastic as cross-stitch (which I have done in small amounts) but is something that can be used to create a piece in 3D.

I was introduced to plastic canvas by a teacher when I was in middle school. Then I was given a book of patterns by a family member. I've been hooked ever since!
